This hotel was clean, the staff were efficient and excellent, the room was spacious and tidy with smoke detectors, and it had an amazing location right near Barbican House.

Location: the hotel was next to Lourdes, and good restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy. Before bed I went to Butchery Bbq & Drinks for a nightcap, its around 4-6 minutes walk from the property. My room included a mini-fridge-bar, a microwave oven and a dining area. A handy kitchenette was an added bonus.

The check-in process was quick and parking was available on-site, the staff here are very friendly and always ready to help, and the location close to Liberdade Square is simply wonderful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved having a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view. Finally, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

We stayed in a hotel close to downtown with a great location for exploring the city. the hotel has a decent breakfast and friendly staff. the room was clean and nicely furnished with working air-conditioning. the bathroom was also clean with hot water. We appreciated the option of forgoing housekeeping. the hotel is located next-door to a grocery store and pharmacy.

There were some issues with the kitchenette. the description was misleading as there was only a plate, knife, fork, spoon, and glass provided, with no means of washing them.

The property is located in the Lourdes district, just a short walk away from attractions in the downtown area. the location is marvelous and very close to the center. - There are many bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
